Ashtanga Yoga Italia is happy and honoured to host for the first time in Milan Lucia Andrade, one of the handful Sharath Yoga Centre Certified Teachers in the world. Her mission is simple the way Lu is: to transmit the teachings which transformed her life and person in a pure and loving way.
From Saturday 16 to Monday 18 of November, a 3 days Ashtanga Yoga Immersion that includes 3 Mysore style classes and 2 Yogic Talks that will be a chance to explore the basis of yoga philosophy and share personal experiences. There will be space for Q&A as well.
Program
The intensive is open to all levels of practice. Nonetheless, a minimum knowledge of the sequence is required to attend the Mysore style classes in the morning.

Please note: Mysore classes will runs on shifts which will be communicated closer to the event

Biography
Lucia Andrade began her yoga journey when she was very young due to a medical recommendation. She was at University when she learned about the Ashtanga Yoga method and from there it became her daily practice for more than two decades up today. She studied with Sri K Pattabhi Jois and authorized / certified teachers, such as Regina Ehlers and Rolf Naujokat.
Her guide for the last and almost two decades is paramaguru Sharath Jois. Lu is one of the handful certified teachers in the world, having received her teacher’s blessing in 2014.
Her mission is to transmit the teachings, which transformed her life and person, in a pure and loving way. She taught in many shalas of Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Germany, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Norway, India, Taiwan, Bali and more, sharing her experiences in the path of Yoga.
Lu is mom to a little boy of 5 years old, she currently lives in Ibiza and continue to travel and teach worldwide.

To take part to the event it is necessary to get Anima Fenice ASD membership card for 2024 (which is 25€) and sign a medical liability waiver.
